Platinum Rig: The Platinum Rig® requires competitors to traverse using different configurations of various grips. The rig can be configured to do so many things- ring swing training, different grips (banana, cones, balls, tee handles to mention a few of so many!), monkey bars, lache’, trapeze, cargo net and more. This rig is from the obstacle course favorite- Battlefrog®, the same that is used in the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships! (OCRWC)

Adjustable 8’ Wall: The 8’ Wall is a standard obstacle in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR). Otherworld Fitness’ wall can be raised or lowered to adjust for age and skill levels. Parkour moves are utilized. Skills required: leg strength, grip, upper body

Devil’s Stairs: The Devil’s Stairs require a competitor to ascend and descend a set of steps vertically by completing a set of pull-ups to get to the top, transition across and come back down. The technique involved minimizes swinging and requires a false-grip (as opposed to a bar grip) making this obstacle more challenging.

Ring Toss: Each of these are found on our Battle Frog® Platinum Rig® and can be adjusted for different distances, depending on age and skill set. They require competitors to use the bars/swing/rings to traverse in order to reach the landing platform. The Ring Toss is the most basic tool for learning how to swing properly and maintain control through the obstacle.

Rolling Barrel: The Rolling Barrel requires competitors to balance on a spool and walk it to the landing pad. Skills required: balance, agility, core

The Climbing Wall: The 8’ Wall is a standard obstacle in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR). Otherworld Fitness’ wall can be raised (to 9 ft) or lowered (to 5ft) to adjust for age and skill levels depending on the athlete. Parkour moves are taught to help master the wall and promote leg muscles and strength.

The Destroyer: This is a grip-heavy obstacle designed to eliminate parkour experts, forcing athletes to jump to the 8-foot green ledge and use your hands to pull up to cleats of varying heights in order to climb over the top of the wall. Again this can be modified based on skill level.

Warped Wall: The Warped Wall is an American Ninja Warrior staple, the finale of the course. The goal is to run up a half-or quarter pipe to reach a ledge that you then climb up. Our wall has progressions for any level of Ninja, from 8’ to a full ANW® height of 14’ !

Unstable Bridge: Often seen in American Ninja Warrior ® these two boards can be added to our Battle Frog® Platinum Rig®, which you lache down and across. The instability increases as the boards progress, testing your upper body strength and balance.

Balance Beams: Balance beams and other balance tools improves your body’s ability to quickly react to changing terrain.

Unstable Bridge

Rope Swing: Teaches swing, focusing on grip strength and core to swing a certain distance depending on ability, age and height.

Peg Board: Our 5 foot board focuses on conditioning the athletes grip, grip strength and technique to successfully & quickly make it up.
