Our Ninja training is for everyone! From age 6 to adults

Our training will give you the confidence and motivation to try more challenging obstacles, taking you to the next level of training – Alpha Elite Team Member! Lots of people love watching American Ninja Warrior® on TV. The staff of Otherworld Fitness wanted to bring the Ninja Warrior experience to life – accessible to anyone dreaming of taking on the challenge themselves! Our youth and adult Ninja Program brings that opportunity to anyone of any age! Release your inner Ninja with the expert guidance of Coach Cassie & all the adventurous, enthusiastic professional Coaches at Otherworld Fitness!

Quintuple Steps: The Quintuple Steps is an obstacle, firstly introduced on American Ninja Warrior 1, as the first obstacle in qualifying and semifinal. Competitors must go across five angled steps to the landing platform. Skills required: agility & balance

Platinum Rig: The Platinum Rig requires competitors to traverse using different configurations of various grips. The rig can be configured to do so many things- ring swing training, different grips (banana, cones, balls, tee handles to mention a few of so many!), monkey bars, lache’, trapeze, cargo net and more! Skills required: grip, full body control, upper body

Adjustable 8’ Wall: The 8’ Wall is a standard obstacle in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR). Otherworld Fitness’ wall can be raised or lowered to adjust for age and skill levels. Parkour moves are utilized. Skills required: leg strength, grip, upper body

Devil’s Stairs: The Devil’s Stairs require a competitor to ascend and descend a set of steps vertically. Skills required: grip, core, upper body

Rolling Barrel: The Rolling Barrel requires competitors to balance on a spool and walk it to the landing pad. Skills required: balance, agility, core

Ring Toss: The Ring Toss requires competitors to use rings to traverse pegs to reach the landing platform. Skills required: Grip, full body control, core, agility

Warped Wall: The Warped Wall is an American Ninja Warrior staple, the finale of the course. The goal is to run up a half-or quarter pipe to reach a ledge that you then climb up. Skills required: grip, leg strength, upper body
