Our Youth Enhancement for Sports (YES) program focuses on improving athletic fundamentals in flexibility, strength and agility to enhance sports training while having FUN. Our age appropriate groupings allow youth athletes of all ages (middle school and highschool) to master skills specific to their needs all while working towards their next goal.
Classes use a combination of drills and games to develop an athletes speed, power and coordination. Our results-proven system is the best way to improve performance, while also properly conditioning the body to prevent injury on the field. We look forward to developing the stronger, healthier, more resilient athlete in you.
